The final sales release for our successful residential refurbishment scheme on Pitt St in Redfern (now known as Alchemy) was hosted last week by the owners AIL and Trico, LH Hooker Inner City and guest speaker Mr Andrew Wilson. Our Terence represented SHED.

Construction started this week on our latest hotel…. “Little Albion”, named after the Surry Hills back street where the hotel entrance will be located. We’re very happy to be working with Connie Alessi of Archemy who will be handling the Interior Design and Construction Management!
The two townhouses facing the street are progressing well with masonry walls almost complete. The scale of the houses makes them look quite at home in the street-scape…..

We have lodged a DA at Woollahra Council for two 3-storey townhouses in Guilfoyle Ave, Double Bay. The design includes on-site parking and raised front terraces that enjoy the north-facing outlook across the leafy central reserve.

On Saturday (14 11 15) LJ Hooker Inner City launched the marketing campaign for the sale of our apartment scheme for Trico Constructions in Redfern. Several of the apartments sold on the first morning, a good result by the team in a softening market…..
We are very pleased that our scheme for the refurbishment of this iconic site has been granted DA by Woollahra Council. A big cheer for the design team, Zoltan Kovacs, Gary Shiels and our own Josh Downie!!! We are preparing documentation with a view to starting construction in March next year.
